About the Event
Legacies Live On Inc is hosting a grief and wellness support group at Central Park: Sheep Meadow on October 2 at 11:00 am ET. We'll be gathering to talk about grief, wellness and tips/advice for navigating your grief journey. We'll take a walk through the park for part of the meetup to get our bodies moving, so we encourage wearing sneakers or comfortable walking shoes for the event.
At this event we'll be passing out individual snacks so DM us @legaciesliveoninc on IG or email at legaciesliveoninc@gmail.com if you have any food allergies and we'll do our best to accommodate. Also, please feel free to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We want to make sure everyone feels welcome and safe in our community!
This event is geared towards young grievers (18-40) but we encourage grievers to invite their friends and family as our mission is to educate not just grievers but the communities that surround them about grief, wellness and how best to support one another during these difficult times.
